A comparable proposal should cover:
- Startup costs, minimums and implementation timing
- Consultation, ongoing-care and support fees
- Pharmacy, laboratory and shipping responsibilities
- Permitted launch states and clinical responsibilities
- Payment, refund and escalation processes
- Data ownership, marketing review and termination terms
